Terms of Use

This site is operated by Yee, a registered real estate negotiator (REN46305) with IQI Realty Sdn Bhd. It is an independent marketing site.

It is not operated by, and is not an official publication of, Kaisar Maxim Sdn Bhd or any other party involved in the development. Their names and marks appear here to identify the property being marketed and remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing on this site is an offer, an invitation to treat, or a contract of sale. Any transaction is governed solely by the Sale and Purchase Agreement and the developer’s own documentation, which prevail over anything published here.

Information is drawn from materials issued by the developer and is believed correct as at the date at the foot of this page. Prices, unit availability, specifications, layouts, facilities and the completion date are set by the developer and the relevant authorities and may change without notice.

Where a figure matters to your decision, confirm it in writing before you rely on it.

Renders, floor plans, site plans and facility plans are supplied by the developer and are artist’s impressions or illustrations. They are not to scale, are not part of any offer or contract, and may differ from the completed development. They remain the intellectual property of their owners.

This site links out to WhatsApp, email and Google Maps. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies.

The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for loss arising from reliance on its content, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
